My goal is to transform high-quality musical entertainment into active, hands-on learning. HugoA Global Perspective on Learning
Before settling in Japan 15 years ago, I traveled to over 80 countries. Working with so many different cultures and people taught me a vital lesson: at our core, we all learn through connection, curiosity, and play. I’ve brought that global perspective into my classroom every day, developing a teaching method that moves away from "marketing-driven" content and back toward authentic, real-life experiences.The Perfectionist’s Eye (and a Solo Mission)
Coming from a background in Architecture, Photography, and the Performing Arts, I am a self-confessed perfectionist. I believe children deserve materials that are as beautiful as they are educational. In a world where many resources feel rushed or "good enough," I spend hundreds of hours ensuring every millimeter of my designs and every frame of my 4K animations is intentional. I use every modern tool available—from advanced animation suites to AI—to bridge the gap between world-class production and local classroom heart.Fighting the Screen Battle (From the Trenches)
I’ll be honest: as a father, I am losing the battle against screens every single day. We all are. It is a constant struggle to pull our children away from digital devices.
